1) Embrace nature

Go out for a walk, or a hike, or simply look up to the sky and imagine the limitless possibilities than you can achieve. Nature has the ability to relieve stress, induce creativity, and improve mental activity, which will inevitably renew you for the better.

2) Exercise

We always hear and read about the value of exercise and agree about its importance to our well-being. The challenge is to keep the regular routine. If there’s an inexpensive or free method to improve sleep, look sexier, be smarter, feel happier, increase libido, and perform better in the boardroom or the bedroom, then that would be through exercise.

  2. I agree! You have to breathe and smile every morning. After all, each waking day is a new beginning, another chance to do the things you failed to do or finish those you failed to accomplish yesterday…

    I also agree that thinking positively along with practicing an attitude of gratitude (both of which can be aided by meditation), are awesome ways to improve your life.

  5. I agree that #10 has to be the first step to improving anything in your life. Before you can look around you and think about self-improvement, you have to think more positively! 🙂

  6. I think number 10 is very important. We tend to hold things in, regret, over-think and it only causes us stress or sadness. But if we have more an open mind, I think more positive things will happen in our life.. How are things going to get better when you view everything negatively?
