    Music really makes a huge difference. When I’m down, I put on my happy playlist on Spotify and I’m instantly happy. When I don’t feel like going out, I put on my party playlist, and it motivates me enough to get me out the door (and once I’m out, I have fun.) Thank the lord for music!

      Gotta agree with music making a huge difference! When feeling down and listening to those good old sad songs, it’s more than certain that there’s no coming out of this emotional hole, at least not so fast. However, more positive music, happy songs, or relaxing playlist with some classical music in it, can make a lot of difference in changing the mood for the better 🙂

  4. I love music, If I fall in love with a piece of music, I could literally end up listening to it non stop, whole day.. and then even keep it playing while sleeping.
    Be it art and craft or music or anything else, being involved in any activity apart from your regular work is sooooo important. Its a shame that most grown ups find it a waste of time to indulge in any Hobby and prefer working extra hours to earn more.
    “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” is totally true.
