Es gibt drei verschiedene Optionen für den High Tea. Der klassische Pembroke-Tee kostet 52 $ pro Person und beinhaltet eine Standardauswahl an Teesandwiches, Scones und Süßigkeiten. Tee-Sandwiches sind traditionell und umfassen eine Auswahl an Bio-Eiersalat, Gurke und Brunnenkresse sowie schottischem Räucherlachs. Scones werden mit Devonshire-Creme und Zitronenquark anstelle von Marmelade serviert. Süßigkeiten sind ebenfalls traditionell und reichlich vorhanden. Sie erhalten Petit Fours, Gebäck, Zitronenkuchen und Makronen.
Der Pembroke Royal Tea kostet 64 $ pro Person und beinhaltet alle Leckereien wie den Classic Pembroke Tea sowie ein Glas Champagner, Portwein oder Sherry. Es gibt auch Angebote wie Gänseleber-Häppchen. Der Lowell Imperial Tea kostet 85 US-Dollar pro Person und beinhaltet ein Glas Champagner sowie einen Gang mit biologisch angebautem amerikanischem Kaviar. Alle Teesorten werden täglich von 15:00 bis 18:00 Uhr serviert. Reservierungen sind möglich, aber nicht erforderlich.

The only spot with a gluten-free option on the list has a note on its website saying they no longer offer gluten-free options. Any new ones you know of? I’d really love to take my girls out for tea when we visit NYC in a couple of weeks!
