Der High Tea im Plaza ist eine schicke, elegante Angelegenheit, die Jung und Alt gleichermaßen in schöner Erinnerung bleiben wird. Seine Ohrensessel, Marmorsäulen und die dramatisch gewölbte Decke aus Buntglas tragen zum Eindruck von Erhabenheit, Tradition und Luxus bei.
Der Palm Court im Plaza Hotel bietet eine Vielzahl von Teeservices. Es gibt eine große Vielfalt an Angeboten im Vergleich zum anderen, daher ist das Palm Court eine großartige Option, wenn Sie oder Ihre Begleitung eine bestimmte Palette haben. Der Fitzgerald Tea for the Ages (55 $ pro Person) und der New Yorker (65 $ pro Person) bestehen jeweils aus drei Gängen: Sandwiches, Scones und Süßigkeiten. Der Fitzgerald-Tee ist am besten für Tee-Puristen geeignet. Es bietet traditionelle Gerichte wie Gurken- und Eiersalat-Sandwiches. Der New Yorker konzentriert sich auf Artikel, die in New York berühmt sind. Es besteht aus gepresstem Pastrami und Lachs. Zu beiden Teesorten werden Scones mit echter Double Devonshire-Creme, Lemon Curd und Konfitüre serviert.
