Avec son esthétique ultra-élégante, ultra-moderne et minimaliste, le thé au Franchia Vegan Cafe est une affaire sophistiquée et haut de gamme. Étant donné que le goûter n'est offert que dans le cadre d'un forfait pré-planifié, c'est le choix parfait pour les occasions spéciales. Le Royal Tea Tray (27 $ par personne) offre une approche amusante et unique du service traditionnel. Le service se déroule sur trois heures, beaucoup de temps pour célébrer et socialiser. C'est une expérience totale, combinant des activités avec le service du thé proprement dit. Par exemple, lors des douches nuptiales, la future mariée est vêtue d'une tenue coréenne traditionnelle et apprend la manière habituelle de faire du thé. La nourriture est également servie sur de grands plateaux communs, de sorte que les clients sont libres de grignoter et de se mêler autant qu'ils le souhaitent.
Le Royal Tea Tray comprend des plateaux de six mini entrées et deux mini desserts. La sélection de thés comprend deux options inhabituelles : un thé à la pivoine blanche et le célèbre thé vert sauvage coréen 1st Picked de Franchia. C'est vrai, c'est du thé sauvage cueilli à la main (par opposition au thé cultivé). C'est un luxe important dans le monde du thé, juste ce qu'il faut pour rendre l'expérience encore plus spéciale. Les forfaits sont disponibles le samedi uniquement de 13h à 16h ou de 15h à 18h

The only spot with a gluten-free option on the list has a note on its website saying they no longer offer gluten-free options. Any new ones you know of? I’d really love to take my girls out for tea when we visit NYC in a couple of weeks!

Next time I'm in the city I will have to make sure to try Hotel Plaza Athenee. I'm quite enamored by the dark ,warm colors. Tea would be delightful and cozy there.
