What are your tips for living the good life?

Great article, Hilary!
Keeping a positive outlook in life is VERY important. Let go and learn from mistakes of the past. Drop pessimists and keep optimists. Always challenge and push yourself to doing something you haven’t done.
The world we live in is complex, but we can always make it simple.
I love this article! It brings positive vibe! Living a good life is not easy, but it’s possible!
YES! No excuses, step out of your comfort zone and dare to take the challenge! Living a good life is a “goal” and it’s impossible to easily reach a goal.
Nice list!
Encouraging article 🙂 Great read to start my day. Nowadays, it’s really hard to live a good life.
I still need to accomplish 4 more items from this list 😉
I have been trying to set a physical challenge for myself. I want to experience “hiking.” Hopefully, this year I’d be able to check this one off my list…
Okay, #1 and #18 check! It felt uncomfortable going vegan (at least for me). But it’s been three years and I’m still “successfully” following the vegan diet 🙂 So I feel really accomplished!
I feel you, going vegan was also hard for me at first, felt like I was pushing myself to maximum and I almost gave up. But the experience… it’s really fulfilling!
Proud vegan here 😉

It made me smile. Now I’m thinking, yeah, most of the time, I’m caught and can’t move… Oh no! Now, I’m focusing to have a media-free time.
For me, #15 is the hardest to accomplish. More often than not, I focus on my mistakes (sometimes to the point of thinking I’m a failure) which is not helping me. Yes, I’m trying to change this mentality… Slowly… I’ll be better…
Meditation helps and heals! It helps in understanding oneself and heals the wounds from the past.
Great list! Wish I can still accomplish all these…
Well, I’m on my way to living a good life… #7 and #11 — all about letting go. Indeed, it’s hard to go on and live a good life if one carries “heavy luggage” from the past.
