Have you read the book “While Science Sleeps, a Sweetener Kills”? It’s a must. It’s about artificial sweeteners and their extreme damage. Sugar is also more dangerous than cocaine.
Great list, some I would not have thought of. If you will ask me what to choose between renting a guy or a car, i’ll pick the car and go on a joyride while eating a whole box of krispy kreme(lol). Also, I found this very helpful. Everyone should know this, esp. the second article. Thank you for sharing ,some of these is very useful for me. 🙂

Interesting article “renting-a-boyfriend”.the BF for hire doesn’t think he’ll find love on the job because no one would ever take him seriously, his job pays the bills and lets him travel. Normally, he’s hired by single women to fend off family members, but he’s even played the role of entertaining mistresses when their men are out of town.
I am truly addicted to sugar. I also have stopped eating bread and other starches that I have learned get converted to sugar within the body. Hang in there. I know I feel so much better when I abstain.
Great series! I am actually more shocked at the fact that a Krispy Kreme donut only has 10 grams of sugar and it’s healthier than some other food – that’s truly HARD to believe!!
Interesting! I’d be willing to try and experience that “rent-a-boyfriend” service! But I’m here in FL… Kinda impossible in the next 3 years…
