Maybe it’s because I don’t watch that show, but I can’t tell if this was supposed to be pro-Trump or anti-Trump.
I notice that they have Trump saying “this country needs a dealmaker” immediately followed by “no deals, not with anybody, we don’t make deals”. This might be intended to make Trump look bad by exposing his inconsistency. But it really doesn’t come off as strongly pro- or anti-Trump even with that. Just a really funny video!
I think anyone, medically qualified or not, performing this invasive, potentially disasterous, and quite frankly, disturbing procedure on an infant without urgent medical necesssity should be stopped. If your religion requires you to go out in the world and mutilate the genitals of children in the name of your god, have a little look at yourself, go on.
I am a vegan and I think the type of people who harass you for eating vegetables are usually overconfident/ empty shells of people. I don’t usually keep those types of friends but if I get harassed in public by someone who I don’t know or a mutual friend of someone’s, which happens time to time.
Meat eaters fear vegetarians in the same way pro-gun advocates fear gun grabbers. They fear you might take away the object of their addiction. They are as protective as dogs with bones.
I love that quote and it just gets so inspiring every time I read it.
While I’ve got no problem with circumcisions performed by medical professionals, in a medical environment, what is there to negotiate here? Any other non-medical-professional performing this invasive, unsanitary and, quite frankly, disturbing procedure on an infant would be arrested for sexual abuse and assault if he were not a rabbi. This is not a matter of religious freedom. This is a matter of a religion getting special privileges they should in no way be receiving.
Not to mention that under any other circumstance, a middle aged man sucking on a little boy will almost certainly result in him spending the rest of his life in prison.
Veganism will always get a lot of criticsm from meat eaters. Different is scary to some people, they seem to take it on as a burden to themselves and then panick or get angry and offended. This is true for most people who are different in some way. Food choices seem especially susceptable to criticism.
This series is informative and interesting. That kind of circumcision is a huge mistake. They should stop this dangerous and unnecessary medical intervention. Some organizations are likely to publish a recommendation that “ALL” infant boys should undergo circumcision, i don’t know what they’re thinking but no child should be put through this whether it’s for religious purposes or not. Keep up the good work.
We NEED to go here for vacation in the next year or so. My almost 3-year-old would love love love it. But I think I would love it even more to be honest. My husband is very tolerant of our love of Legos so he’d like it as well. 🙂
It’s saying “without makeup” but it should have said “with less makeup”. Some examples, mascara = makeup. Eyeshadow = makeup. No makeup means not even lip balm. That’s “without makeup” in my opinion.
