  1. I always used to laugh away unneeded and hateful comments, while I felt horrible on the inside. But now, I’ve come to realize the best way to deal with a hater, for me, is to just pick out their comment until I find the constructive criticism hidden deep down. This way, I can make myself better without ever falling for hating myself.

  2. I find that one of the best ways to deal with haters is to thank them. Seriously, whenever a hater feels the need to publicly point out something they don’t like about me, I always make a point of thanking them for their feedback and for helping me make the best that I can be. Shuts them up every time.

  5. The only way a hater wins is with acknowledgement. If you ignore them, it devastates them, even if they don’t show it. Anyways, I will keep this in mind. I’ve only had one semi-hater so far. ?

  6. Here’s the story of how I became a vegan: Bought a pure bred German Sheperd. The lady was raising her on real raw meat and suggested I keep with that diet. One day I was out and about and had my dog with me. Figured I would buy two McD’s hamburgers to tie her over til we got home. Bought the burgers and put them on the ground. She sniffed them and looked at me like,”what?” I figured the bread was throwing her off. I removed the buns , she sniffed again, sat down and just looked at me. That was about 10 yrs ago. If a dog raised on real meat wouldn’t eat a McD’s hamburger I knew something was true to the claims about their food.
